If you are looking to plan your wedding but require a trusted and knowledgeable coordinator to execute your vision, we can help you put the final touches together so that you can be assured every “t” has been crossed and every “i” has been dotted!
We offer a safety net for anything that may have been forgotten and assist with items that require extra or special attention.
Quite often family or friends will help out with many tasks, but we strongly feel that these people should be able to be there to celebrate with you and not have to focus or worry about the logistics or potential problems going on behind the scenes.

Meet Jacqueline
Jacqueline thrives on details and is a firm believer in true love, going above and beyond for her couples.
Growing up on Vancouver Island, she was one of the little girls who threw her mother’s slip over her head and pretended to be a bride walking down the aisle like in the Sound of Music. She has had a particular passion for weddings and love stories ever since.
With over fifteen years of event planning experience, including managing and coordinating well over 150 events a year, she oversees every detail to ensure someone’s special day is as stress free as possible with a lasting and memorable experience attached.
In her spare time, she loves volunteering, reading, the outdoors and spending time with her family and 4 year old son, Kassidy.

Meet Rhianna
A local to Vancouver, Rhianna has ten years experience planning, organizing and managing events. Her passion is to help others accomplish their vision and her specialty is execution.
She has a “can do” attitude about every detail large and small and really cares to see that the desired outcome is achieved.
With a special place in her heart for very large, fluffy dogs, and a smile that can light up the room, most people would be surprised to find out that in her spare time, Rhianna also loves to make music!

Day of Wedding Coordination
This plan is ideal for the couple who:
- is confident they’ve planned the majority of details & secured all main vendors prior to the day of the wedding
- want to have the timeline reviewed for logistical & execution purposes by one of our expert Day of Coordinators (after all, you don’t know what you don’t know. We help with that!)
- require set up and/or take down services
- assistance with streamlining the day of and making sure the timeline flows from one area to the next
- doesn’t want to host their own wedding
- wants a perfectly stress free day where everything is put together exactly as you envision it!
Our Day of Coordinators will handle all the details so that you get to enjoy every minute in the moment with your friends & family.
Our starting fee for Day Of Coordinator Services begins at $1350.

This is ideal for the couple who:
- is tight on time and want us to take care all the tiny things
- wants us to communicate with your existing vendors, or source out vendors for your selection
- want to have help with timeline creation
- require set up and/or take down services
- assistance with streamlining the day of and making sure the timeline flows from one area to the next
- doesn’t want to host their own wedding
- wants a perfectly stress free day where everything is put together exactly as you envision it!
We’ll know everything from your floor plan and decor plans, where/when vendors will load-in and set-up, your guest and seating arrangements, and execute the timeline and vision. We think fast on our feet and will know what to do in the event last minute changes are needed.
Our fee for Partial Planning & Wedding Coordinator Services begins at $1950.

Additional Services
Yes, we offer Decorating Services!
For additional on-site hours, additional staffing, attendance and assistance with rehearsal, drop off and/or pick up of items, kindly please contact us for personalized quote!
We also offer Coordination and Planning services for adult birthday parties, retirement parties, proposals and other celebrations services.
